* The video shows a failed attempt to emulsify dry oil.
Surrounded by bricks is the caretaker's experimental space. Numerous failures have unfolded here.
This time, we messed up the material.
When dry oil is mixed with water and left to stand, it becomes an oil that is easily absorbed by water. It becomes, metaphorically speaking, a light milky liquid.
We were boiling in a large pot to release excess water, and when the temperature exceeded 110 degrees Celsius, the water in the boiling oil clumped together and popped out of the bottom of the pot, causing the pot to lose its balance and topple over!😅
Next time, we will do it with lower heat (reminder).
