【The joys of natural dyeing①】
The image shows natural dyeing materials from the Battambang forest. Please understand that the detailed process is different from the way of dyeing cotton, because I dyed cotton for the first time by the method I have dyed silk. Also, I myself am an amateur, so please forgive me for any errors. I have known the term "natural dyeing" for some time, but I never thought I would be doing it myself. 2011.Oct. The fruit of cotton began to bloom in the minefields.
It has finally bloomed. (They are popping. When the skin of the fruit starts to crack, it is popping, and fast. Now, I am going to be very careful and cautious, taking advantage of my past experience of failure, harvesting them so that no garbage will get into them, making sure that grasshoppers and stinkbugs will not eat them (if only for a little while), and so on.

Cotton balls have grown a lot. In a little while, the cotton will be ready to pop. Oct 24, 2011 3:14:22PM At last, a little more than 100 days after sowing the seeds, the cotton balls started popping. It is a great joy to see them growing from the seed. The white cotton balls popping out of the brown berries look as if they are radiating the heat of life straight out into the world, and it is very energizing.
