The video shows a cotton leather bag with a tannic acid surface treatment.
If you contact us directly by message, we will explain everything.🤗This weighs 303g.
If you are from Okinawa, you may be familiar with the term Basho (banana) astringent. Many people think it is persimmon tannin. Both are the same in that they contain an astringent taste (tannic acid).
It is very effective in preventing insects, so woodworkers may have used it as a finish for additive-free housing. We have been researching the material for a long time because it makes the surface of cotton leather tough, water-repellent, and above all, safe.
One of our customers kindly commented that she was not comfortable with the color of the stitching being white, so we were thinking of making the stitching black, but as we have already reported, we have found Cambodian lacquer, so it is possible to make the stitching a bit shiny and black.
We can accommodate any size request. Finally, our staff has mastered the calculation of how to finish a 100 mm square, so we can make larger bags. We are currently discussing with YKK about the possibility of using a zipper  and the possibility of using coconut buttons to fasten the bag. Thank you for your patience.
